I have seen the anime for both Akira and Ghost in the Shell. I like watching them in the original Japanese because the voices seem to match the characters much better than the dubb overs. I also saw the Ghost in the Shell live action movie with Scarlet Johannson as the Ghost. I thought they were both good and did not know they were also books and not manga. I have not heard of Planetes, though. I take it that they are all anime.

Thanks for the link. I read the link. I have seen Code Geass, a whole lot of episodes, anyway. It was an interesting anime. I didn’t know that Planetes was their second production. Many of these anime come from Shonen Jump as well as a lot of other popular manga/anime shows. I wasn’t partial to Shonen Jump because it contained a lot of stories I was not interested in reading. You could always see people reading that manga on the trains, whenever you rode them. It was a very popular magazine.
