Here is a smoothie I like to drink for breakfast from time to time!

Almost 30 grams of protein and can satisfy your sweet tooth if you have one. For extra sweetness you can add a few tablespoons of peanut butter.

I like Chobani yogurt. We don’t have that here in Canada but I eat it whenever I am in the US.

I first read rdi as roi. Haha

have you tried it with oat milk?

My wife likes oat milk. I tried it once in my coffee but wants a fan. Moo juice for me.

I like almond milk.

Not yet. I am shooting for high protein low carb. Oat milk will add more calories to this recipe
