Great question! Yes, though I'm trying to avoid holding funds for users, which makes an "account balance" feature more complex to implement. It may make sense in the future, just not now. Currently anyone can stream the music without paying, so there's no need for a wallet balance to listen. Using WebLN wallets like Alby with the site give a pretty close version of an "account balance" feature, though, as far as sending payments goes.
I would like to make it easier for listeners to tip artists in the future, it's just a matter of figuring out the best ways to do it.

I think while Alby is great, the big barrier is that only small number of people will install it. That's always the struggle with extensions...
