Pretty interesting to see this play out. People are focused on Zuck but I'm more interested in the macro side of things culturally.

Has the DEI program helped anyone, other than give people positions that they dont deserve? Whatever happened to being accepted for a position based on your merits?

I think so but no where near the harm it has caused. On the whole its not a good thing.

I dont think it is a good thing, either. Especially when you are hiring based on skin color. I believe they should be given opportunity. But the opportunities that they deserve.
