It helps the body a lot.
Just like how everyone resets their phone every so often, the body needs it, too.
I wish I could push my fast longer, but Monday is my only day off this week.
So it will be the day I eat and suffer the side effects.

Lately I was of the mindset that I would lose it later.
But I had to size up on the waist of my jeans.
It was time too get disciplined and fast for a while.
My body needs to learn how to burn its fat stores.
