I’m gonna renovate my entire home this year. Yesterday, we had a consultation with our interior designers.
Nippon Paint is a popular choice when it comes to home painting projects. But they recommended Benjamin Moore because they feel Nippon Paint doesn’t come in the exact shade as advertised in the brochure. It was the only time their professional facade fell off, and their genuineness shone through when they lamented how difficult the imprecise colour would make their job.
Benjamin Moore has dropped in price in recent years, according to them, so it makes sense to use it.
So, my questions are:
  1. does Nippon Paint ‘misrepresent’ its colours in your experience?
  2. is Benjamin Moore worth the extra expense to derive the certainty in regard to the colour scheme?
Great questions I know nothing about paints. Last time i painted I used sherwin Williams paint but I’m not sure it’s available in your location
