NY of course, they keep forgetting that making your own gun for your own use is legal, just can't sell it. The level of stupidity in this state never ceases to amaze me...

It's funny how law makers seem to live in disney land, since when making something illegal has solved any problem?

When politicians make something illegal they just harm those not willing to break the law, obviously criminals don't give a damn to these laws.

In Brazil owning a firearm legally is super hard and the current government is making it even harder, meanwhile our slums and pretty much every city in the country has criminals with rifles, SMGs, shotguns, grenades, pistols, and revolvers.
