I guess at this point, the answer is simple: RGB is not production-ready yet. Let's see for the future.
(personally, I don't think NFTs are useful, but that's another story)

I first heard about RGB from https://diba.io/ , but i'm not sure if they're fully operational yet.
What I like about RGB is the privacy built into it. You can buy an NFT and then basically put it in storage, trade it privately, and then someone can choose to show it publicly again if they wish.
The more privacy features that come to bitcoin the better imo.
