I married a Moroccan woman in Spain in 2023. She has overstayed her visa in Spain and we have no prospects of getting her residence in Spain (I am not from Spain but being from the EU I have the right to reside in Spain) . I am looking for a place where both of us can live. Buying a land or a house is meant to help me get residence in Morocco so that I could stay for more than just 90 days.

Also - you might consider posting this question someplace where you'd get more people - like facebook groups, reddit, etc. I'm not a facebook fan, but there's some discussions that only happen there.
