Aside from the 6500 good pardons that I mentioned, I think Biden's were about what you'd expect. 

He and his family are particularly corrupt (or they're worse at hiding it), so the pardons were a bit more personal than normal.

He just went and blanket pardoned his entire family. 
It was kind of scummy.
Maybe I dont have that much of a reference because I didnt watch what the other presidents have done on their last day.

Some were scummy, but the vast majority were pardons for non-violent drug offenders. It was by far the best thing he's ever done in his entire life.
