Yes, I paid to get mine and I never got it, and I don't see the way to get my sats back, either.
Just dm the address you've donated your sats for to nostr:dev@minibits.cash and we'll sort it out.

I think I did, but I'm not sure. I added that user to my contacts and entered the address into a note, but I'm not sure if it's been sent or not, since I don't get any feedback.
Edit: Oh, wait, I just realized the nostr: "prefix", I guess you meant to do it on Nostr, not on the Minibits app...
