Another week, another HealthAndFitness report. Gotta throw em up for the RBD!

Bad week, hands down (#862516). A few days of not eating until veeery late (10-11 pm), too much snaking, at least one day (forgot which) when I ate an insane amount of snacks, and, unsurprising, got a migraine to boot.

Monday: fucked up gym, did my 110 pushups (#857885) + Chris Heria core exercise.

Tuesday: Only managed 45 pushups, but went to Judo class #2 #851054

Wednesday 40 pushups, yoga at local studio

Thursday 45 pushups, phat migraine in the afternoon, no workout.

Friday 105 pushups for the #100adayuntil100k memes. Pretty tired and out of it. Skipped gym for work/life/chess/complaining at home

All-in-all, not a great week for HealthAndFitness. Denlillaapan follows the territory itself; cmon, RBD, next week we'll be beeeetter!

How often are you getting migraines? Think you had one in the last weekly report

Roughly once a week. I have periods where I'm doing better (have gone total 88 days without one!) but otherwise pretty regular

Sucks how you treat them anything that’s triggered them each time you can pinpoint

Nothing concrete or reliable: poor sleep, sugar, sometimes alcohol.

I guess if it is the above you could get on top of that and have a good run of no migraines that would be great for your life
