Exciting to think we might see it in the wild eventually though.
I wonder if there are any other projects (either existing LN ones or completely new ones) that are working on Web5 today
Possibly in stealth. But given that Jack had to dig deep on this one, I suspect there aren't many working with it publicly.
The blog post is from the summer, but sounds like Zion is getting close to a re-launch. Jack Dorsey just tweeted “web5 is happening”:
This post was a good example of the new Related feature.
Sure enough, the earlier post (from a few months ago) that had shared the same Zion V2 announcement link then showed as the first entry in the results for the Related drop-down.

Love how Jack snuck this in under the Elon firestorm...
Seems like a slight evolution of that Sphinx, Breez and even SN are doing with identity and LN.
Wonder how this will layout with the Bitcoin community and Elon Twitter vs Zion communities + substacks and the lot.
