I had never heard this metaphor, reading each aspect that describes it I can't help but think of the socialist politicians who destroyed the country where I come from (Venezuela) the project of the Chavista Homeland is a dead horse 🐴. They insist on trying to continue using it instead of assuming the main problem, which is dead and no longer serves any purpose.
