never. I was Stacking too much, so forgot about it in the oven a little (maybe 3-4 minutes past peak) but still juicy and lovely

nah, can't be arsed. I just sprinkle it on top and eat as is. (maybe supplement with some bone broth now and again)

Collect it for use for your next time you make some kind of sauce. Its always good to give sometjjng more flavor.

usually seasalt or himalayan pink, but today I'm out so was just regular fine salt (cheapest in the store, kinda thing)
