Did the Pelicans ever get a center? Maybe they want Ingram for Poetl.
I don't know why the Raptors would want to do that.
Ingram and a bunch of 2nd's?
Maybe. Raps have him signed for 2 more years after this season at 19.5M a year. That is a pretty good value for the way he is playing.
They also don't have a C to replace him and have played terrible when he was out of the lineup.
You know how I feel. I wouldn't touch Ingram, at this point, unless I was getting draft compensation and trying to tank.
It would also push Dick out of the starting lineup if they got him. I would imagine they would play Barrett at SG and Barnes at SF and Ingram at PF.
Dick has improved this year. I would think they would want him to continue to get starting minutes and develop so they know if he is part of the future core.
They could play Barnes at PG. Quickley is still out so that would be an option. They used him in that role a bit last year but I think he plays much better at forward.
Brandon Ingram? haven't heard that name in a long time
I don't think he has done much since he joined the Pelicans but he torches the Raptors every time they play the Pelicans so maybe they think he is better than he is.
