Another great piece from him.
I have come to a similar realisation regarding pt 17. Successful bloggers in my country pick a genre (like personal finance) and churn out post after post, adhering to the conventions of informative articles. But my mind works in so many unexpected directions that I don’t think I can stick to a theme. So these days I just blog whatever captures my fancy, including drawing attention to unseen hardworking hawkers.

Excellent tips, I personally also have a blog on various topics, it is a sensational experience to be able to interact with people and read different points of view.

Excellent... leave me the link to your blog so I can read it, I always like to read about various topics.
Could you give me some advice on starting my own blog?
Any website or platform, etc. I'd be grateful for any recommendations you can make.

I started a substack a while back to share more of my photography work and to practice writing / sharing my stupid thoughts. It's been a fun process. It feels good to express what you feel honestly and to have other people somehow resonate with some of it.

Have your "stupid thoughts" evolved at all as a result of blogging? Have you made any connections as a result? That's the part that's so intriguing in some of HK's articles, the idea that you're sending out a bat signal to the world.

Oh for sure, and it's ever evolving. I enjoy it. Takes some time and discipline for sure, but getting better at being clear with my writing has been a journey.

I have it on good authority that @plebpoet already has a blog (which she republishes here natively).

I was more figuring the general vibe is what she'd dig, not that she literally needed the help. Same w/ ek.
