There are dust limits in settings. The default is that anything below 10 sats will be CCs. You can't control what the sender wishes to give you. If you're using WoS you should be able to receive well most of the time.

I´ve added an LN address (wallet of satoshi) to my SN account. I would appreciate if some sent me 1 sat if it is included as sat or ccs. Thanks.
