Today we went for a 15 km (or 9.3 miles in retarded units) hike in the woods.
We had a lot of sun and some snow while it was -2°C (28.4°F) at an elevation of ~850 m (~2800 feet).
It was a fabulous hike and I was very proud of my wife for completing this hike while in her 8th month of pregnancy.
Our goal was a roundabout from the castle where we are staying to a water reservoir.

I did touch snow earlier when I took my dog out for a walk.
Would love to say yes! But now we are just on a holiday trip out in the woods. My girl was missing the forest, the hills and the snow. So we left the city for 4 days.

Excellent post, although to be honest, I would have published that photo in photographs. Thank you for sharing your journey in that beautiful landscape. Many times we must escape the city and go to nature where we can connect with ourselves.
