very interesting perspective, back in the day i dated a Chinese girl and man i wish i could have asked these things. sadly i was 17 and didn't have a clue lol

I don't know what it's like, as I was only in the Chinese education system briefly in the early 90s. I would assume it is still full of propaganda stories about how bravely we fought in the second world war and how great our leaders were back in the day. Probably a ton of praise for Mao as well. But I'm only guessing here. I have no evidence to support my claim.

These kids need to be careful what they wish for. Dictatorship is no joke, although a good dictator can bring prosperity (Singapore), but the odds favor a bad dictator, and they cause death and destruction.
