pull down to refresh

No Japanese beer because I am running out of mouthwash. I can be responsible!
Milo with less sugar - to feed my children’s cocoa addiction. This time round, it comes with a portable fan. I’m quite excited about the prospect of teaching my boy chemical potential energy —> kinetic energy.
Housebrand chilli chips + black pepper chips - a reward to myself. I haven’t tried these flavours yet.
Jagabee - snacks for the children.
Yakult - ostensibly for my son, but I drink it more often haha.
M & M chocolates - My boy received a red packet that was M&M-themed, so he wanted to eat them. Sigh.

Here's a thought.
If you absolutely must have snacks for the kids, make it a rule that...they must make them. Or at least help A LOT with the making of them, and the cleanup.
Otherwise you run a very strong risk of your kids becoming as unhealthy as many of the kids you see in the US. And this is a growing trend in the whole world.
Having the kids MAKE their treats slows down the treat consumption a lot, teaches them skills, and teaches them that they need to work for things.

Looks like you've done a lot of shopping, right? Is this in preparation for tomorrow?

What kind of oil do they use on the chips?

I’m still jealous of the Milo and chili chips!!

Couple chips and chocolate is all good as long as you keep it in your macro targets and don’t over indulge
