Hell yeah!
I had boats for a couple of decades, also grew up in them, for a decade I had an old 50 foot commercial that we used more or less as a getaway.
These days I am seriously pondering on doing a long, nomadic summer in a smaller, cheap and disposable sailboat, maybe in the Med...
Learn to sail, that could be a real life & freedom saver in the coming years!

Oh sure, if I do that again it would be with content as the main thing!
Anything cheap and small that is not in my name is disposable, say a 20 something footer that you can get for 1-3-5k bucks hehe
Keep it if things work out, or leave it somewhere where it will eventually be destroyed worst case...
