Well everything comes down to time. And general contractors need liquidity at a moments notice to pay for labor equipment and materials. Ideally it sounds simple enough just save until you have enough and then start then boom a wood shortage happens the material budget gets busted and if that gets away from you then you have a time delay in which you still have to pay for your Labor and equipment.
Currently I do it like this using bold in markdown like so:
USD/BTC = $99,880 Block 884,679
Data I pull from stacker news and I just use an online calculator to do the usd/btc conversion.
I use the conversion when announcing project costs in BTC terms. So per post it changes but after post it’s static. That is why I note the block height.
Can you share an example post where you use the USD/BTC and Block size?
an online calculator to do the usd/btc conversion SN provides this data too...
Can you also tell me where you plan to use the assets? will be internally for posts or externally to advertise the SN territory? or both?
reply
Yes SN shows the price but they don’t do fiat conversion.
I want to use them everywhere I can. I plan on buying ads and using zaps on podcasts to promote. Maybe even post on YouTube comments

Ok not sure if you want that info in the banners itself. I think it's just fine as you doing it and easy to manage.
Started some mock-ups on figma, check them out and let me know your thoughts

Can you change the background. Not a fan of the blue background

Do you have any particular style in mind?

Just not blue. I think maybe you were going for the blue print vibes but people in the industry never use actual blue paper anymore
