The Perth Heat season has ended with a series loss in the ABL Championship.

They faced off against the Canberra Cavalry in the final best of three series and lost the series 2-0. They lost the opener in a slugfest 10-8 and had no answers for the Cavalry pitching in the second game falling 5-0.

An up and down season for the Heat and a disappointing finals result but overall a good showing to fight their way back into the playoffs and beat a higher seeded opponent in the semi-finals.

Maybe next year will be the year for the Bitcoin baseball team.
