Grizzlies and Bucks play tonight in what should be an exciting matchup up of two good teams. The fact that this matchup is also part of our weekly pick 'em adds even more intrigue.

So my weekly health and fitness/sports crossover challenge for myself for this week will be to burn 2.1 calories for every point the Grizzlies and Bucks score combined tonight. (Woah that might be a lot of calories).

No I do it the next day once I know what my total is.

I do like to ride the bike in the evening while I watch sports. I prefer to walk in nature than ride the stationary bike but this winter has been colder and snowier than usual so long walks through the trails aren't as fun when there is a -18 wind chill blowing in your face. Maybe I am getting soft in my old age. Haha
