Each zap happened at a different time, and lightning network conditions change constantly.
We've talked about dust limits before. I'm sure if you thought about it you might see why that might be responsible.
The amount of sats being routed matters, because fees on lightning are relative to zap amount in addition to an absolute (aka base) fee. Most nodes set base fees to 1 sat and charge 0.2-0.5% of the amount, and a lightning payment can travel across many such nodes. The maximum outgoing fee we'll pay is 3%. Do the math.
