If he really go through with this, I do think that Gaza could become prosperous. But the prosperity won't be enjoyed by the former Gazans who were displaced. And it would merely export discontent to wherever the Palestinian refugees are resettled. That's why Egypt and Saudi Arabia are so opposed to this idea.
