Opened up my Robinhood app today and noticed my way out of the money call options on bitfarms made a tremendous bid ask spread jump today:

So one must ask why?

My hypothesis some investors loaded up on bitfarms shares and to generate some yield they are offering options on their position to collect the premium thus this wide bid ask is established. Because the market is illiquid. No one cares about this stock at this time.
But when you are trading options and you own a lot of contracts you must always pay close attention to the Bid. As you can see this option has very little liquidity. Loading up on options now could send you to the poor fiat house because you have no one in the market to buy them from you. But soon as Bitfarms (if ever) catches a bit then these options will fly to the moon.
Think of it like gambling this is NOT investment advice.
