That might be true, but not right next, it will take time to implement but it shouldn't be to hard. For that is there CZ consultations:

1. Twitter will work as a Doge wallet and people will fund their wallets as they need.

2. All transactions will happen inside Twitter as a layer 2 and there will be only on- Chain transactions for funding or withdrawal. This way they will be able to keep up with all the traffic

3. Last but not least... You don't have Doge? No worries, Twitter will sell you some for a little comision.

Maybe and only maybe they will do Doge or Lightning and people would be able to choose the best experience for them.
