Wasabi is an on chain wallet, there's no limits because you self custody your own money.

Got it, thanks! Many of the wallets I have used historically have had both lightning and on chain. I like these ones from a case by case basis when it comes to sending tx.

Phoenix has the smoothest UX for combining on chain/Lightning. Zeus is the better overall choice for flexibility and privacy.

The main problem I have the Zeus is it takes FOREVER to load. Once the app is fully loaded, it is good... But the time it takes just causes too much friction when I am trying to pay with bitcoin.
