Read the article:
"The bill states that only digital assets with a market cap above $750 billion would be qualified for investment. Right now, only Bitcoin meets that requirement with a market cap of $1.9 trillion. So, basically, bitcoin is the only candidate."
This statement from the article is inaccurate. Stablecoins are included as digital assets in the text and they do not have a market cap requirement. They just need "appropriate regulatory approval" or "authorization from the competent (lmao) authorities of the United States".
I suggest you amend the article for accuracy.
