You'll have to start setting the odds of eliminated teams to zero. As is, there are lots of arbitrage opportunities to take advantage of.
I don't know much about running a sportsbook, but I know you can't offer better than fair odds.
Yes, we're working on "closing/resolving the eliminated teams to NO" feature. Should be implemented soon.
With this feature, people who bet NO on the eliminated team gets paid-out immediately. Unlike today, they need to wait for the final results.
That would be really nice. I was going to suggest that a while ago. I think people will like not have so many sats locked up on outcomes that have been determined already.
