They would not be able to 'learn' Bitcoin so quickly. Bitcoin takes time, education, and patience not to mention an open mind.

In the event of an economic collapse... people would use daily goods they were familiar with to barter with on some level. I'm not convinced... that under such circumstances people would use any greater percentage of Bitcoin than they are already using right now.

The education isn't there and will take a lot longer. What percentage of people knew about Bitcoin in 2013? And what percentage know about Bitcoin now?

Furthermore, if Bitcoin's education is so advanced and so diffuse, then why is XRP's value > 0? It is a scam after all...
