Sort of. I fast everyday, but I'm focusing on it to see if I can improve the habit.
Fasting in our culture is more like fasting once a week or once a month. We've special days when people fast for religious duties. I think it works better than doing it all month or all week. It also requires low energy than like you stretching it for a month.
