i didn't compare and the record disappeared from coinos. maybe the problem is with coinos. could the attachment problem be related to this?

the problem should have to do with the coinos, I have already managed to attach that the coinos is working. Are you sure you haven't tried a connection to the NWC attachment?

Did you compare payment hashes?
Seems like Coinos is having issues currently, maybe related: #880776
