This week's stats:
Sunday - 11km - 6:41/km pace
Weekly total: 11km
Alcohol consumption: None
How it felt this week:
Got slightly sick earlier in the week, not sick enough to stop working, but sick enough to make me not want to run when I get home after work. Felt bad for missing out on training during the week and forced myself to go for a run this morning. Legs felt like they were filled with lead, heavy and tired. Went at a slower pace than my usual pace as I was just unable to go faster even if I tried. Felt out of gas after 11km and called quits. Not a very productive week in terms of training. I guess one good take away from this week is that I did not drink any alcohol. Aiming to put more kms on the legs this coming week. It's supposed to get warmer this coming week too, so that should help with running more.

Try soaking your legs in warm water to help them relax.

It’s okay to go slow as long as you don’t stop.
