Is this a lnd upgrade or a electrs upgrade, or both? I haven't seen a summary of what needs to be fixed yet

This was just an lnd upgrade for us.

It turns out some older versions of electrs crash from this new large transaction. Mine was a version from earlier this year that needed to be upgraded to 0.9.9 (from Aug 12)
