Dev was sponsored by blockstream. LL calling it a sponsored attack. Since removed.
It appears the nonstandard tx would be rejected by standard mempool policy, so a miner was paid directly to include it in a block.
This needs more eyes on it! Their response was horrific, I lost a lot of respect for Stark from this.
