Perhaps all that is needed for Yadio to include one (or both) of those in their P2P trading marketplace would be an email request (their e-mail address and other contact methods are in the footer of each page).
Yadio's P2P marketplace is not an Umbrel app though. I'm not an Umbrel user (beyond taking a peek at it once long ago), so am not sure how being an app helps.
