I have learnt that drinking too much coffee isn’t great because you grow dependent on it and need copious amounts to revert to your baseline level of functioning.
So, I try to just have 2 - at most 3 (but that happens rarely but I exert mental energy in controlling myself) - cups every day.
I had my first cup of coffee yesterday morning, as per my morning routine.
During the first period of the day, my Co-Form Teacher and I decided to have our Class Bonding Time at the Auditorium so that our charges could chill and have their breakfast and stuff like that. He plonked a cup of coffee in front of me - his treat, of course. Since I’m nice, people buy me food and drinks.
Okay enough flex. Back to coffee. It was like my reserve of self-control had crumbled like flimsy buildings during an earthquake. I drank that second cup of coffee.
And a 3rd cup during my lunch.
And a 4th cup in the evening. ARGH!
But strangely enough, I didn’t feel guilty. I felt great being naughty - even if it was for something so trivial. Bad boy vibes!
Anyway, do you guys intentionally schedule Cheat Days to give yourself a break from your health and fitness grind?
I used to schedule them but now I dont
I recently gained and lost 6 pounds in 24 hours!

Nope. Abstinence works better for me. And I really like what I also believe is healthiest for me (meat).

I used to intentionally schedule cheat days. However, the problem was that they didn't prevent me from unscheduled cheating.
That's why I now prefer to generally stick to my health principles, while accepting that I'm going to splurge every so often.

I don't intentionally schedule days, but I do take them from time to time.
