Worse, what you want is grip strength in men in ~1950 (maybe military has some test?). Maybe follow/find numbers of divorce and length or marriage for people with above/below average grip strength?

I think there might be grip strength data going back a long time. Probably from the military.
I can't imagine we know anything about divorce rates or marriage longevity by grip strength, though. Maybe, there's some regional or demographic information on grip strength over time.
