Sooo... Last week I prefaced with
Last week was shit—absolutely abysmal. So, can only go up from there, eh!
And it kind of did.
...and then this week—straight to hell. And not even for external reasons getting in my way (health, migraines, events). This week we failed because, well, I couldn't make time and space for it!
Saturday: 40 pushups + 1x Chris Heria 8-min core routine
Sunday: sea swim (where I bailed halfway in!) + taught yoga—and since there's a lot of beginners in my class I demo a lot, and so end up practice a session for myself.
Monday: total cheat day. No pushups, no nothing. No good reason, just didn't do it.
Tuesday: 50 pushups—10 of which gf insists we call "smooch-ups," for, um, obvious reasons. Then Judo in the evening where I got seriously choked.
Wednesday: 40 pushups—ten on paralletes and ten on wide-armed—no extra core or yoga. Fucking weak :/
Thursday: 42 pushups (yeah, I dunno; don't ask), plus one Chris Heria session
Friday and Saturday: absolutely nada. Shopping weekend and dinner party today; Friday I can't even account for—just work and priorities elsewhere.
@realBitcoinDog is going the wrong direction, and I am, uh, not putting in the work.
