Congratulations for your POW, thanks for sharing your journey.
I run a marathon a couple of years ago, it was a great experience. I'm not a fast runner, my goal "only" was to cross the finish line.
I miss the long training run, there were a great tool for my mental health.
I'm running a similar pace as you were during your race. I'm working to improve my time though. The goal is to finish under 4 hours.
Congrats on your prove of work too. Regardless of time, finishing a full marathon deserves a pat in the back.
