I think having wooly mammoths would be cool, and im sure dinosaurs would be fine so long as we spare no expense.

Reviving Neanderthals is a fascinating idea. We have the DNA and the tech to do it.
Imagine another group of people, from the Homo Genus, living alongside us on this planet. Like the good ol' days.

That would be wild.

I don’t think so let nature be
reply
What about the animals humans have killed off like the dodo?
reply
I still think it shouldn’t be done
reply
Fair enough 😁
reply
Yeah it just seems unnatural
reply
Probably not but it would be super cool.
reply
Why not? You don't want a pet sabertooth?
reply
Have you never seen Jurassic Park? Human meddling is bound to go awry.
reply
Yea, but I said to spare no expenses, so it would definitely be OK this time.
reply
Hell yeah, they should. I want to go on mammoth rides.
reply
We've dug up frozen mammoths, it should be possible...
reply
Bring them all back.
WE ARE GOING TO MAKE....MEGAFAUNA...GREAT....AGAIN (BELIEVE ME)
reply
I'm not sure we have preserved DNA of the non-Arctic animals.
reply
We had lions? Dude absolutely bring those back! We need them to keep the camel population in check.
Literally nothing could go wrong.

I remember reading about a project to bring mammoths back at UAF several decades ago. It's definitely in the works. The idea is to insert the intact mammoth DNA into elephant embryos. Basically, use the genetic differences we now know about to mutate elephants into mammoths.

Chop fucking chop science. I want to eat a pterodactyl wing.
reply
I love your emotion.

sounds interesting

I think the same as you, I would like to see dinosaurs roaming around beyond what I have seen in the movies and if it were possible to revive some historical characters it would be great.
reply
Gotta get that rare raptor mount!
reply
Do it for God
reply
Dinosaurs trying to use public transport... good luck with that.
