Normally I weigh myself every Friday. Last Sunday was free meal day and I ate too much ice cream, I don't think my weight changed much because I stuck to the diet. This week my lunch will be chicken and meat proteins, with lots of roasted vegetables, little rice and beans.
What? Ice cream? That's too much, you're accountable!! As a punishment ;) Now you've to go dry fasting like #889427.
You can accompany me tomorrow for 12 hours. What do you say?
