Haven't given this a full read yet, but what's nice about this kind of research is it's somewhat generalizable to any monetized network. Jamming is spamming.
A lot of the challenges LN faces, any network (dare I say social network) leveraging bitcoin and hoping to preserve privacy/sovereignty will likely also want to apply

  2. (local) reputation

Haven't had a chance to read it yet either but we had some good discussions around the fee and reputation solution at TABConf during the Lightning Attacks panel. It was Socratic so I'll leave it at that but there was a general theme at TAB about how LN really is unsafe and we should not just trust anyone.
