I had hoped, from the headline, that he was calling to dissolve the federal government. This is good, too.
I never really understood why DC would have an independent government, since it exists for the purpose of housing the Federal Government of the United States.

It would be different if most of us in DC didn’t vote in our home states but we do and to me that’s why DC loses credibility. The city has been awful at policing itself and it’s been so wild Members of staff have been stabbed in the head in broad daylight

One day, I really want to do a deep dive on how so many lawyers came to believe that being soft on crime was an appropriate way to fight crime.
