I like the idea if and only if Trump can make deals with China and Russia to do the same with verifications going forward. Perhaps the whole world can look forward to some years of peace and quiet in this new Age of Aquarius. Everyone knows we need it for a change.

Now that they've stopped cutting checks to all the terrorists we've been fighting, there won't be much use for our military. A 50% cut is entirely reasonable.
