I think this author might have missed the point of the parable of the laborers in the vineyard. It's clearly not a passage about earthly wealth, but a parable about divine justice. He might end up drawing some very perverse conclusions if applying the same type of interpretation to the parable of the shrewd manager.
That said, I think he's right that Mises kind of missed the point of Jesus's egalitarian inclinations. They always are in the context of free will, not coercion by human government.
