From past experience, you'll have to make a couple of other things clear:
- You must choose from the teams that are playing.
- If someone doesn't make a pick, there needs to be an extra penalty should they buy back in. Otherwise, they have an advantage, because they have used up fewer teams.

I had enough time to correct this and appears as "Every week stackers must pick a team. You must choose it from the teams that are still playing." I hope this helps.
Regarding the other point, I will make an amendment and I will pin it at the top. I think that the extra penalty could be to randomly assign one team that won in the previous week. Any extra thoughts?

I did something like the randomly assigned team before. I think that's a good choice.

Great! I will add it to the rules. Also I need to add some extra rules. I have just noticed that in the first legs of each round, it may happen that the match ends in a draw. In that case, I need to clarify that the stacker will only lose if the team loses.
